The fact that there is no Embassy of Canada here in Tbilisi makes it very uncomfortable for travelers to apply and get Canadian visa.
The nearest office where you can apply is in Ankara, but that does not meant you have to travel there and personally hand the documents. You can apply by commercial courier and send all documents, fee payment and application forms by courier.
